Every memorable home begins with a first impression, and the Grand Arrival was designed to do exactly that. Oversized picture windows draw natural light through the heart of the home while framing views of the resort grounds beyond. The sweeping staircase, extensive millwork, and architectural scale create a sense of arrival that feels both impressive and welcoming. It is the first chapter in a home thoughtfully designed to unfold one experience at a time.
More than a passageway, the Gallery Walk serves as the architectural spine of the home. Connecting its most important living spaces, it creates moments of discovery through thoughtfully curated finishes, natural light, and carefully framed views. It is the thread that quietly weaves the home's story together while transforming movement through the home into an experience of its own.
Every home has that one room you find yourself returning to again and again. For us, it was the Coco Room. Overlooking the pool and resort grounds, it became the place for morning coffee, afternoon conversations, and quiet moments in between. The room takes its name from the Coco swivel chairs that originally inspired the space, but over time it became known for something far more meaningful—the simple joy of slowing down and being present.
Designed for effortless entertaining, the Scullery allows the kitchen to remain the heart of the home while seamlessly supporting everything happening behind the scenes. Thoughtfully planned for both functionality and organization, it provides the additional space needed for hosting, preparing, and gathering without interrupting the beauty and flow of the main living areas.
More than the home's primary suite, the Wellness Retreat was designed as a destination for rest and renewal. From the vaulted ceiling and carefully curated finishes to the spa-inspired bath beyond, every detail was selected to create a sense of calm. It is a place to recharge, retreat, and disconnect from the pace of the outside world—a private sanctuary designed to make everyday living feel a little more restorative.
Originally designed as a playroom, this space has taken on many roles over the years. Today, it serves as Kristin's creative workspace—a place for designing, planning, creating, and bringing new ideas to life. Filled with natural light and overlooking the estate grounds, it reflects one of the home's defining qualities: spaces thoughtfully designed to evolve alongside the people who live in them.
Officially, it's the lower level. Unofficially, it's Ken's office.
Over the years, this space hosted everything from football Saturdays spread across three televisions to poker nights, crawfish boils, birthday celebrations, and countless gatherings with family and friends. Whether watching the big game, shooting pool, working out, or simply enjoying each other's company, this level became one of the most lived-in spaces in the home.
Not every detail is meant to be obvious.
Concealed behind custom millwork, the Hidden Room remains one of the home's most unexpected discoveries. Equal parts practical and intriguing, it's a feature that never fails to spark curiosity.
The Resort Grounds were designed as an extension of the home itself, blurring the line between indoor living and outdoor experience. Anchored by a custom pool and elevated spa, the landscape unfolds through multiple terraces, gathering spaces, and beautifully designed outdoor living areas. Whether hosting a celebration, enjoying a quiet morning, or ending the day beside the fire, this private backyard retreat was created to be enjoyed in every season.
